INGREDIENTS
Smoothie bowl
300g strawberries
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 large banana or 2 small bananas,
sliced and frozen
720g Greek / dairy free yoghurt
1 tbsp dried chamomile leaves, or 1
tsp chamomile powder, or contents
of 2 chamomile tea bags
2 tsp maple syrup, optional
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp almond butter
Toppings
2 kiwis, sliced into rounds
80g blueberries
4 strawberries, sliced
20g toasted coconut flakes
DIRECTIONS
Place all the ingredients for the smoothie in
blender jug.
Mix together until you reach a perfectly
smooth texture.
Pour the smoothie into bowls and garnish
with kiwi, blueberries, bananas and toasted
coconut flakes.
Served chilled and enjoy.
